Here are 5 easy steps to become our member
Some requirements that you must fulfill
Have a deed of establishment of a Business Entity or Legal Entity made by a Notary and registered with the Government.
Have a Business Identification Number (NIB), Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP), and Taxable Entrepreneur Confirmation Registration Number.
Has received determination from the Central Management Board for Honorary Members
1. Please complete the requirements before registering your company
2. Fill in the membership registration form that you can download below and send the required documents to askindo.secretariat@gmail.com
3. Please attach recommendation letters from at least 2 INCA members in the email
4. If you have met the requirements and have filled out the form, you will receive member approval and be issued a Membership Identity Card (KTA) after being a prospective member for at least 6 (six) months.
